To some, volunteerism means that when u do something without someone telling you to, you are volunteering, or when you are participating actively in social & community services, helping others and sacrificing your time, again, you are volunteering. And there are some that thought that they are volunteering when they do something for others without getting paid or recognition from the public. To put it short, there are so many public interpretations of volunteerism (i cant say for sure which one is the best to apply ), but simply put, in my case, volunteer is when you do something sincerely (from your heart) without any motive, and, whatever you do bring difference and change others life (forever). This should be the "closest" meaning of what actually volunteer is all about.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
